In 2024/25, Tänavapuhastuse AS established a new modern and environmentally sustainable industrial building in Tartu, at Klaasi 7.
The facility significantly improves working conditions and service quality.
Located in the Tähtvere district, the building is situated near Gardest,
the Ragn-Sells waste station, and the A. Le Coq logistics center.

The building spans over 2000 m² and includes modern staff facilities and break rooms, workshops for maintenance vehicles, a vehicle wash area, a street sweepings sorting room, and storage for salt and bulk materials.

Environmental sustainability has been a top priority in the project: rainwater is collected and used for washing vehicles, a rooftop solar power station generates energy, and sweepings gathered from the streets are sorted on-site before further processing.
