NPM Silmet OÜ – Production Buildings
For NPM Silmet OÜ, two production buildings were designed as part of the industrial development of the Sillamäe manufacturing complex. The projects were driven primarily by technological and operational requirements, which defined the architectural volumes, structural solutions, and spatial organization.
Design Approach and Key Principles
Both buildings follow a rational industrial design approach where functionality, durability, and process efficiency formed the core design principles. The architectural solutions were subordinated to production logic, ensuring clear internal layouts, robust construction systems, and compatibility with industrial installations.
Advanced Industrial
Technology Context
The buildings were developed within a technologically intensive industrial environment where production processes demand precision, reliability, and strict operational conditions. The design supports the implementation and operation of advanced industrial systems, providing a stable and adaptable framework for high-performance manufacturing activities.
The result is a set of technically precise, purpose-driven industrial buildings integrated into the existing industrial environment of Sillamäe.
